CrossFit is constantly varied, high intensity, functional movement, the goal is to improve fitness and therefore general physical preparedness. You will not see any “machines” in our gyms other than a Concept 2 Rower. You will see a combination of: sprinting, rowing, jumping rope, climbing rope, flipping tires, weightlifting, carrying odd objects, box jumps, barbells, dumbbells, gymnastics ring work, pull-ups, kettlebells, medicine balls, and many bodyweight exercises. CrossFit is for everyone, regardless of your experience or fitness level. Each workout is scalable.

CrossFit Classes are offered at both gym locations (Burnet and Downtown). In order to join a CrossFit Class you must first go through our Elements program. For more information on pricing and how to get started, select a gym:
