Below is a glance of our Women’s Only weekly schedule. Our CrossFit classes are offered as either a 3x per week or 2x per week option. The calendar shows you a list of classes available. CrossFit Central classes are available in sets. To Select a class, choose a MWF, TTH or MWTH class set. Hit view & Sign Up to login to MBO and purchase the class.
