Follow these 2 steps to Get started at CrossFit Central Downtown

Complete Elements

Elements is the first step to beginning classes at CrossFit Central.
In two sessions you receive vital instruction on techniques to help feel comfortable when you begin classes.
This is also a time for our coaches to assess your movement patterns and identify any injuries – allowing us to meet you where you are.

Session 1

Crossfit Central Warm Up:

  • Squat
  • Push Up
  • Rotation
  • Dynamic
  • 400m Run

Movements:

  • Back Squat
  • Front Squat
  • Over Head Squat
  • Hollow Body
  • Superman
  • Strict Pull up/Kipping pull up
  • Shoulder Press
  • Push Press
  • Push Jerk

Session 2

Crossfit Central Warm Up:

  • Squat
  • Push Up
  • Rotation
  • Burgener Warm Up
  • Row 500 Meters

Movements:

  • Movements
  • KettleBell Swing
  • Deadlift
  • Hip Hinge
  • Barbell Clean
  • Power Clean
  • Hang Clean
  • Snatch
  • Power Snatch
  • Hang Snatch
  • Trigger point Roller & Ball

Elements Test Out

If you are a current CrossFitter and would like to join our community you may “test out” of our introductory Elements sessions. You must have been CrossFitting for at least 6 months at a CrossFit gym. The Test out is a complimentary one hour service to review movements and help you to jump into classes to quickly start training. Contact info@crossfitcentral.com to set up your complimentary test out.
