Parents: Are you looking for a summer camp that incorporates fitness, wellness and fun! We’ve got you covered! This summer we are offering a CrossFit Kids Camp for 11-15 year old girls and boys.
We will train the 10 physical general skills: cardiovascular/respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance and accuracy. Each day will consist of a conversation about training the body physically and mentally. Instruction will focus on a weightlifting component (squats/deadlift/press/pulling/pushing/body control) and a conditioning component. The movements will be scaled according to ability.
We will venture off site 3 of the five days. We will visit Northwest Pool to swim as well as utilize the basketball and tennis courts to include “sport” into our weekly activities!
