We know gymnastics is difficult; it requires a great amount of skill and technique. The amount of upper body strength required is often something women struggle with, but avoiding our weaknesses doesn’t make us better athletes, or even humans! In order to get better, we must learn and practice the progressions that help us understand the movement so we can move with ease and efficiency.
Clearly everyone knows the flashy/advanced movements like the Handstand Push Up and the Muscle Up, but do you really understand them? Do you know what drills and progressions you should be doing to get you closer to your first MU or HSPU?? Our workshop will help you develop the skills and tools you need to advance. We’ll let you in on a little secret… it’s all about progression — you have to build a solid foundation before you can jump into more advanced movements!
