Hi! I registered a team but have since hurt my knee and won't be able to compete. The team is still going to compete, but will need to replace me. I see where I can replace others but not myself (since I was the one who registered). How can I go about doing that. Thanks for your help!

As long as 1-2 girls from each team have all the movements, should a team do intermediate? For example, I can move #75 in all oly lifts but don't have hspu. Another team member cam do hspu but can't move the weight. Can we partition out the reps or does everyone have to do all movements?

Hello. We have a team and would like to know if we can pay separately for one team? We all have different credit card numbers to use.

  • John Doe says:

Is the masters 35+ or 40+? Registration site says 35+ and standards says 40.

  • John Doe says:

Hey Rita - that is correct, the competition is August 26th. Should be corrected on the registration site now!

  • John Doe says:

The event registration site lists the date at August 27th. I just want to verify the competition is Saturday August 26th?

Hey Niki! This is a 4 person team competition, so the price is right around $80 per competitor at the early bird price ($325). The price has not increased since last year, but we have discounted the early bird pricing. The price is comparable to other competitions similar to ours like the Femme Royale competition. Teams will participate in three workouts plus a finale for those teams that advance. We hope you can join us, we'd love to have you! If you are looking to join a team, just let us know and we can add you to a list of ladies that are looking to form a team!

Can I ask why the cost is so crazy high?? Girls cost seem appropriate and would be interested in competing myself and bringing my daughters too but, there is no way I can afford the adult competition price. What do you get for 4 hours and $400??? Thanks!
