Divisions (division descriptions below)
RX: Advanced athletes who are able to do all movements, including handstand push-ups and chest-to-bar pull-ups. They also can move 95# plus in all Olympic Lifts efficiently.
Intermediate: Athletes who are able to do chin over bar pull ups, HSPU with an ab mat, toes to bar, and move 75# plus in all Olympic Lifts efficiently.
Each year our community sets out to collectively raise $20,000 for The Flatwater Foundation! This year we are hosting a charity dinner to help raise these funds. The charity dinner will include dinner, drinks, live entertainment, a silent auction, and a raffle! You can purchase a single ticket or come together as a class and purchase a table!
The Flatwater Foundation is dedicated to providing those diagnosed with cancer, their families and loved ones access to mental health therapy and family support. This includes access to both traditional and non-traditional methods of psychological counseling.

How much can your CrossFit Central coach lift? On Saturday, April 29th the coaches will participate in our annual Deadlift Off! If you can’t make our Charity Dinner benefiting The Flatwater Foundation – this is a great way to get involved! You can sponsor your favorite coach by donating an amount of your choice per pound. Your coach will go for their best effort, max lift, and all money raised will go to The Flatwater Foundation!
Example: You pledge to donate $.40 per pound and your coach lifts 350 lbs. you will contribute $140 to The Flatwater Foundation!
Get Involved: Locate the paddle board at your gym and pledge your amount under your favorite coach!
The Deadlift Off will take place at both CC Burnet and CC Downtown – come cheer the coaches on!

Project Mayhem is a men’s only night, open to all men. Sorry ladies, this one is for men only. There is no spectating or media allowed at this event.

Mayhem will consist of teams of 7 with a guide. You will be able to sign up individually or with a team of 7 from your gym or community.
Each team will complete 8 tests, athletes will be given a set amount of time to complete each test.

Each event will be scored and tabulated for overall team winners. One man will be awarded mayhem winner with best overall score. All fitness levels are welcomed.

On Memorial Day we will gather at CrossFit Central Downtown to take on a Hero together. We do this as a community in honor of a fallen soldier, and as a tribute to all of the men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country.
This Memorial Day we will take on Murph, in memory of Navy Lieutenant Michael Murphy, 29, of Patchogue, N.Y., who was killed in Afghanistan June 28th, 2005.
**The workout is donation-based, give whatever you can, we will donate all funds contributed to the LT Michael P. Murphy Memorial Scholarship Foundation.**
