The Champion Mindset Retreat is a one day retreat focused on intentional living, purpose driven lifestyle, vision creation, goal setting and inspiration. This is an opportunity for break through in an area of your life that you feel stuck or would like to see growth and change.
The Champion Mindset One Day Retreat is for any woman that is in a space of change, new growth, or just wants to get away for a few hours for some personal time. The retreat will include guided quiet time to reflect on your life. We will identify what you currently love in your live and the things you would like to change.
Women that have attended a Champion Mindset event have set a new tone and purpose in their life. They created an action plan with focus and inspiration and are living a rejuvenated expression of the life they desire.

About Carey Kepler
Carey is a wife, mother, business owner, motivational speaker, and top-ranked athlete and coach. Since 2006, she has worked as a coach and inspirational speaker and played a dynamic role in seeing the lives of thousands of people change. Carey’s greatest passion is helping others find their purpose, set goals and live an intentional life. Carey, herself, is a world-class athlete who took the “3rd Fittest Woman in the World” title for her 3rd place overall at the 2009 International CrossFit Games – surpassing over 75 nationally ranked female athletes.Returned to the Games in 2010 & 2011 at an individual and In 2012, she qualified with Team CrossFit Central at the Games to compete alongside the top 50 other teams from around the world. The following year, competed in an Ultramarathon in Anaheim, California where she ran 50-miles and continues to prove you can do anything you put your mind to. Her most recent success was competing at the 2016 International CrossFit Games in Carson California as a masters athlete. Currently, Carey leads regular goal-setting and nutrition workshops and serves as an inspirational speaker both locally and nationally. When she is not training, coaching or speaking, Carey is playing with her kids, ages 10 and 8, spending time with her husband living life with adventure!
This fall commit to designing the life you want to lead! Our Lean Turkey Lifestyle Design team will take 72 athletes (36 athletes per gym) through a six week Lean Turkey Challenge.
This six week challenge is a catalyst to making a lasting and impactful change in your life. We will keep you accountable in key areas of health and wellness – fitness, nutrition, stress management, and recovery. We will set goals, develop healthy habits, take on challenges and get results!

We have partnered with NLand Surf Park to create one incredible Saturday morning! Join us on Saturday, October 14th for a CrossFit workout, surf lesson, and open surf session. NLand Surf Park has extended an amazing offer to the CrossFit Central community – over $50 off of their instruction and surf session!
Due to space and instruction availability for this event is very limited. There are only 13 spots available per CrossFit Central location for this event.
The 8 Week Olympic Weightlifting Course is for athletes that want to improve their snatch and clean and jerk. Athletes will meet every Saturday for 8 weeks to work on their skill development and will be given homework to complete on their own. At the end of eight weeks an Olympic Weightlifting Meet to test a 1 rep max on both Snatch and Clean & jerk.

We know gymnastics is difficult; it requires a great amount of skill and technique. The amount of upper body strength required is often something women struggle with, but avoiding our weaknesses doesn’t make us better athletes, or even humans! In order to get better, we must learn and practice the progressions that help us understand the movement so we can move with ease and efficiency.
Clearly everyone knows the flashy/advanced movements like the Handstand Push Up and the Muscle Up, but do you really understand them? Do you know what drills and progressions you should be doing to get you closer to your first MU or HSPU?? Our workshop will help you develop the skills and tools you need to advance. We’ll let you in on a little secret… it’s all about progression — you have to build a solid foundation before you can jump into more advanced movements!

Before you begin your Thanksgiving Day traditions, gather round the table to carve the Turkey and perhaps watch a little Thanksgiving Day football, come out to CrossFit Central and get in a 5K fun run! This is open to everyone. Bring out the strollers, your friends and family members and your favorite furry (leashed) companions! We will also be collecting canned goods and non-perishable foods items to donate to our local food pantry.
