Community Workout

Saturday, March 28th is our monthly Community Workout. This is the favorite time of the month for us, where we invite all Central Athletes and newbies to join us for a community workout that is new people friendly and scaleable to all levels! Everyone is welcomed.

Bring a Friend DAY
Apr 9 – Apr 10 all-day
[Central Athletes] This month we’re starting a new way for y’all to introduce CrossFit to your friends and family. We’re no longer having a friends and family night or morning workouts. Instead we’re going to implement a Bring a Friend DAY for our clients every 2nd week of program during Thursday and Friday classes!


This is a great opportunity to bring a friend or family member who may be interested in trying out CrossFit and seeing why you love it so much. All you have to do is make sure you’re their “chaperone” during class and let your coach know ahead of time you are bringing someone!

Relentless Boot Camp UTB
Apr 11 @ 8:30 am – 9:30 am

Join us Saturday, April 11th for a fun workout outside. That’s right we’re taking it outside to do a boot camp workout with the community. Everyone is welcomed, all you need to bring is a water bottle and a good attitude. We will provide the equipment, workout, and a good time!

Join us Saturday, May 23rd at both CrossFit Central locations for our monthly Free community workout! This is a great opportunity for non Central Athletes to come and join the fun for a free workout from 8:00 – 9:00 AM. If you’re a Central Athlete this is not only a great opportunity for you to get in an extra workout this week, but to also introduce CrossFit to some friends or family members.

Flex Class – Skill Focused

“MURPH” Hero Workout
May 25 @ 9:00 am – 10:30 am

Join us Monday, May 25th (Memorial Day) as we hold only ONE class from 9:00 – 10:30 AM. We will be doing MURPH, which is the best Hero WOD around. We will not be holding any other classes this day.

We take on this workout in memory Navy Lieutenant Michael Murphy, 29 who was killed in Afghanistan June 28th, 2005, and in honor of all of our brave servicemen and women.

Michael Patrick “Murph” Murphy was a United States Navy SEAL officer who was awarded the U.S. military’s highest decoration, the Medal of Honor, for his actions during the War in Afghanistan. This workout was one of his favorites.

“This hero workout honors those we should never forget.”
