Week Of Giving
Apr 27 – May 1 all-day

Last year we raised $20,100 for The Flatwater Foundation, which helped provide access to mental health therapy and family support for patients diagnosed with cancer, and their families and loved ones.

This year we’re setting out to do the same! We’re dedicating the week of April 27th – May 1st as the “Week of Giving”. During this week we ask that each athlete donate a suggested $20 per class attended to help reach our goal of $10,000 between both gyms!

During the Week of Giving we’re also opening up the classes to the entire Austin community! This means that if you’re new to CrossFit or have been CrossFitting for years and you want to come and check out either of our locations you can do so during this week. This is also a great opportunity for all current Central Athletes to bring a friend or two to workout!

Each year the CrossFit Central community rallies together to raise money and awareness for The Flatwater Foundation! The Flatwater Foundation is a non-profit organization that provides access to mental health services for people in need who are affected by a cancer diagnosis.

Our goal this year is to collectively raise $20,000. We are looking for 20 clients and/or companies to commit to matching $500. For every $500 the CrossFit Central community raises a company or client will match the $500. If you are interested, send an email to
