[Central Athletes] Today’s the day you work on your handstand pushups. Come to the gym ready to improve your skill and impress everyone with a new party trick!
Skill Sessions are held at both CC locations from 9:00 – 10:00 AM!
If you’re an I Am CrossFit athlete come out this Saturday for an hour to work on the skills you will need to master the benchmark WOD!
This is a great opportunity to receive individualized coaching on how to improve upon the skills in the I Am CrossFit benchmark workout! (pull-ups, hang power cleans, running, hand stand pushups and some DB work)

Muscle-up Clinic 6-7pm @ CC Downtown – FREE
Open to anyone, capped at 15 people.
This clinic is for anyone looking to obtain one of the most coveted CrossFit movements – the muscle-up! Coaches Chelsea McKinney and Carey Kepler will take participants through the various progressions and skill sets needed for a muscle-up. This is a hands-on workshop where you will learn and practice what you are taught. If you are ready to get your muscle-up – this is for you!
