TAG Level 1 Workshop

This is the best opportunity for athletes needing to improve the standard gymnastic movements, handstands and the coveted pull-ups. If you’re ready to improve your workouts and increase your gymnastic strength and technique this 3 hour workshop is perfect for you!

This Saturday, February 28th CrossFit Central Coach, CrossFit Games Athlete, and gymnastic guru, Chelsea McKinney, will be holding her level 2 gymnastic workshop at CrossFit Central Burnet Rd. This is for all CrossFitters who are looking to improve upon their gymnastic skills! All the pre  requirements you must have are: kipping pull-ups & kick up into a handstand.

Phoenix Competition Prep Workshop
