Flatwater Charity WOD


During the 2016 Fittest Games, on Friday, January 29th, there will be Charity WOD, open to anyone! 100% of funds raised will benefit The Flatwater Foundation, providing access to mental health support for families coping with a cancer diagnosis.

We have created a team for CrossFit Central and Relentless Boot Camp, and want to get as many people from our community involved as possible! You can join the team and compete in the workout or donate to our team page! The top female and male finisher prizes will be awarded as well as top fundraising gym and top fundraising individual.

3) Fill out the appropriate information

You must raise $150 if you want to compete in the workout. If a client wants to only donate, then they can donate to our Team Page.

The Workout
3 Rounds, 1 Minute at Each:
Wall ball 20/14
Deadlift 135/95
Ab Mat Sit-up with Medball 20/14
Burpee Box Jump 24/20
Push Press 95/65
Rest 1 minute
** Movements can be scaled, but RX is required to be eligible for prizes**
