30 Single Unders
20 KB Swings
- 8-10 ages: 3 Rounds
- 11-13 ages: 4 Rounds
- 14-15 ages: 5 Rounds
At the call of 3-2-1 Go, the athletes will move to their jump rope to complete 30 single under, once completed they will then move to their kettle bells to complete 20 swings. For the 8-13 age group kettle bells will be 4kg and swung in between their chin and eye level. For the 14-15 age group kettle bells will be 8kg and swung all the way over head with the bottom of the bell facing the sky. Once all 20 are completed, the athletes will then move to their bars to complete 10 deadlifts. Once deadlifts are completed, they will move back to their jump rope for their second round. Each age group will complete their respective rounds of the workout and time will be called once all the work is complete.
- 8-10 ages: 20# bar, 12 inch box
- 11-13 ages: 30# bar, 20 inch box
- 14-15 ages: 45# bar, 20 inch box
At the call of 3-2-1 Go, the athletes will start at their bar and complete 21 power cleans, once completed the athletes will then move to their box to complete 21 box jumps. The athletes will continue in this fashion with 15 power cleans and 15 box jumps and then finish with 9 power cleans and 9 box jumps. Time will be called at their final box jump.
