5 10 15
One Athlete Rows 1000 Meters the other athlete performs as many rounds of possible of 5 10 15. Once the athlete is done rowing athletes will switch task. Each athlete will complete two rounds.
Example each athlete will row twice and each athlete will perform 5 10 15 twice.
