3 Thrusters

3 Burpee Over Bar

4 Thrusters

4 Burpees

and so on until time is called.
Example Athlete 1 does 1 rep of each movment then athlete 2 does 1 rep of each movment. Then athlete 1 does 2 reps of each movment then ahtlete 2 does 2 reps of each movment.
