Partner B: starts in on 150wall ball shots, switch when runner gets back, B runs, A wall balls.

Complete 150 wall ball then start

150 BB Push Press 45/25

while other partner does 400m run. Continue pattern until all PP are complete.

150 Russian twist 20/14 while other partner runs a 200m run. complete reps trading after run

then

150 med ball passes. each catch =1
