When i first heard the news i was extremely excited. My family and best friends all knew the news at about the same time i did. Training started becoming more intense and the nerves would begin to kick in whenever i would think about regionals considering that i have never competed on such a big stage for CrossFit. Im just very honored to be able to compete at this level with such an awesome, talented team and i’m thankful i was given the opportunity.

Q. What do you like most about competing on a team?

The fact that you have someone to lean on whenever you’re unable to complete a task on your own. When one athlete falls short, the others are there to pick him/her up.

It’s a tough decision between Nader and Jeff, but if i had to choose i would have to go with Jeff.
