Welcome to CrossFit Central

We remain a locally owned and operated family business. We love this city and we would love the opportunity to help you reach your goals. CrossFit Central co-founders, Jeremy Thiel & Carey Kepler, along with their 3 brothers and sisters grew up on a squash farm in Lubbock, Texas. From a young age they learned the value of working hard, providing a quality product and impacting people’s lives through service. Both Jeremy and Carey were athletic from a young age and played high school and collegiate level sports. They chose to combine their love of fitness with their desire to change people’s lives – they set out to build a fit community in Austin, Texas.

In the Spring of 2006 we opened our first gym, becoming one of the first 50 CrossFit Affiliates in the world. We are dedicated to building a fit community
