Dumbbells are a great tool used in many CrossFit Central Boot Camp Workouts. The LCRA Boot Camp in Central Austin performs dumbbell lunges and dumbbell snatch to increase their strength, core, and overall coordination.

Mel, who lost over 2 1/2 inches in four weeks, joined the Spartan Challenge because the description of the 16 week challenge as well as the 300 workouts scared her. CrossFit Central Rogue - Not Just for Runners

The CrossFit Central Rogue Program is a great functional fitness program for runners of all levels. In the program you will find marathon runners and walkers performing the workout side by side! But this program is not limited to runners - It's also a great program for anyone wanting to get fit!

For some, pull ups are an aspect of CrossFit that seem intimidating, to others it is a goal to learn how to properly perform a pull up. The ladies of the 6:15PM CrossFit Program prove that pull ups at CrossFit Central are scaled in many different ways to help you perform a pull up.
