RELENTLESS HIIT
Our High Intensity Interval Training classes are 45 minutes of non-stop movement. If you are looking for an awesome sweat session, don’t miss this. These classes incorporate running, rowing, sandbags, kettlebells, dumbbells, and bodyweight movements (no barbells).
