Welcome to the heart of the city. CrossFit Central Downtown is the newest gym location for the locally owned company that has served Austin for the past eight years. This dual-gym compound located on little more than an acre in downtown Austin, Texas. Young professionals, college students, families and travelers come together to make the downtown community special. CrossFit classes (women’s only, coed and advanced), athletic performance, nutrition seminars and community events are just a few of the resources available to help you progress towards your goals. The downtown location is also home to our competitor program for those who are interested in sport aspect of CrossFit. This location includes showers onsite. Ready to get started? PROGRAMS

CrossFit is constantly varied, high intensity, functional movement, the goal is to improve fitness and therefore general physical preparedness. You will not see any “machines” in our gyms other than a Concept 2 Rower. You will see a combination of: sprinting, rowing, jumping rope, climbing rope, flipping tires, weightlifting, carrying odd objects, box jumps, barbells, dumbbells, gymnastics ring work, pull-ups, kettlebells, medicine balls, and many bodyweight exercises. CrossFit is for everyone, regardless of your experience or fitness level. Each workout is scalable.

CrossFit Classes are offered at both gym locations (Burnet and Downtown). In order to join a CrossFit Class you must first go through our Elements program. For more information on pricing and how to get started, click below.

This program is designed for women of all levels of fitness, experience, and age. The program will empower you to do things you never thought possible while keeping you in your comfort zone. The Women’s Only Program will get you in the best shape of your life, and help you reach your goals all while being encouraged by a committed group of women!

The Advanced Athlete program is for the athlete who is looking to get more time in the gym, the budding weekend warrior as well as those looking to compete at a higher level. This program offers athletes additional training time, additional strength work and smaller classes so they can focus on improving their CrossFit skill sets. Each training time is open to only 10 people.

This specialty program is inspired by XPT Training, HeartMath, and the Wim Hof method and is designed to help you recover, lower stress, and improve your overall health.

The 8 Week Olympic Weightlifting course is for athletes that want to improve their snatch and clean and jerk. Athletes will meet every Saturday for 8 weeks to work on their skill development and will be given homework to complete on their own. At the end of eight weeks an Olympic Weightlifting Meet to test a 1 rep max on both Snatch and Clean & jerk.
