We are SUPER excited to announce that we have partnered with The Fittest Experience to be a TFX Throwdown host! The Fittest Experience is one of the first comps that kicked off in Texas back in 2008 and we’ve been involved with this competition from the very beginning! In fact, the very first TFX competition took place in our original 500 sq ft gym on Burnet Road!

This year they are partnering with 5 gyms to host the TFX Throwdowns, and we’re one of them!

All teams are comprised of 3 men or 3 women
