Proper recovery is just as important as your training. Giving your body the tools it needs to recover will aid muscle repair and growth, help prevent injuries, improve your sleep, and help you perform better. Our recovery access is included in the Unlimited Membership. Non-members and 2x/week Members can add on the Recovery Membership or pay for a drop in.
Sauna and Plunge
After you complete an intro session with on of our recovery coaches you are able to access the sauna and cold plunge at your convenience.

Be sure to bring your water bottle, expect to get sweaty so if you need a change of clothes bring a set! A towel will be good as well.
