This Saturday CrossFit Central Burnet Road and CrossFit Central Downtown will host “Eva for Eva” a fundraiser workout for Eva T.

Eva is one the original CrossFit “Nasty Girls.” The “Nasty Girls” workout video (scroll down to view) featuring Eva, was the video that inspired CrossFit Central Cofounders, Carey Kepler and Jeremy Thiel to open CrossFit Central.

Eva was badly injured in a plane crash last Saturday. Her injuries have placed her in the ICU, fighting the long road to recovery.
