Nutrition is a big part of what we do at CrossFit Central. We believe in consuming whole, nutrient dense foods that will fuel your lifestyle. Whether you are looking to lose weight, gain lean muscle, have clear skin, increase your energy, or fuel athletic performance — our coaching staff will guide you.

All CrossFit Central members receive an initial nutrition consultation with their coach. We hold complimentary monthly nutrition meetings for all members and offer continued consultation sessions.
