I joined CrossFit Central in January of 2012. I saw people working out when I drop by and it looked like fun. I was coming off of knee surgery and knew I needed to improve my overall fitness.
Lost 8 lbs and 2.6% body fat, maintaining fitness!
Since joining I have gained consistency through community. I've managed to stay fit and get stronger even as I've gotten older. New pr's every year! I keep coming back because of the people, the programming, and the pursuit of fitness.
