I had been training in traditional gyms and it became a struggle and ultimately I worked out with less intensity. I wanted to try something new and liked the idea of group workouts, so I decided to join CrossFit Central.

Prior to CrossFit Central I felt okay but I didn’t realize how out of shape it was! Physically I was strong but was lacking endurance or stamina. That changed quickly with a few constant months of training at CrossFit Central.

Almost everything has changed. My endurance, strength, mental toughness, and overall fitness levels have improved significantly. I’ve lost a couple percentage points of body fat and gained about 7 lbs of muscle.

 
 

My biggest takeaway since joining the gym is my ability to manage my stress better than before. I’m not sure exactly what the science says but after a good workout my endorphins are charged, stress is at ease, and my day is geared towards a positive and healthy lifestyle.

Ultimately I keep coming back because of the community! I’ve made some great friends and everyone is super supportive. The coaches are awesome. They are very motivating and want to help achieve your goals.
