The Open is a big part of who we are! Every year our community participates in the Open. It’s a great way to challenge yourself in the gym and also see how your fitness stacks up worldwide!Workouts are released on Thursdays at 12 p.m. (PT) and scores are due by Monday at 5 p.m. (PT).
