Gymnastics Workshop: Pull-ups!

We are excited to announce our upcoming gymnastics workshops with Coach Whitney! Improving your gymnastics skills translates into al aspects of functional fitness. Taking the time to work on gymnastics skills will improve your balance, body control, coordination mobility, and strength!

Over the next four months Coach Whitney will hold one 90 minute workshop each month to help you improve your skills! These workshops are limited to only 10 people.

Weekend One: Saturday, 19th
Pull-ups, Chest to Bar Pull-ups and Butterfly Pull-ups 
If you are interested in getting your first pull-up, stringing pull-ups together more efficiently, stringing toes to bar together more efficiently or learning the butterfly pull-up, this workshop is for you!

Weekend Two: Saturday, October 17th 
Handstand Pushups and Handstand Walks
If you are interested in learning how to do Handstand Push-ups or want to become more efficient at Handstand Push-ups this is the time to do it! We will also be covering drills to work toward Handstand walking and if you are ready, we will be going over the Handstand walk as well. This is for all skill levels. Weather you are still using mats to do Handstand Push-ups or if you are looking to walk 50 feet unbroken, this workshop will cover it all.

Toes to Bar, Ring Dips, and Pistols

Bar Muscle-ups and Ring Muscle-Ups
Prerequisites: must be able to do chest to bar pull-ups and 5 strict ring dips
