Work out every day
Commit to a nutrition plan
Drink half your bodyweight in ounces every day
Read 10 pages a day in a nonfiction book
Take a progress pic every day
No cheat meals
No alcohol

This is a daily program that will challenge you mentally. Will you get results? Absolutely. But more then anything you will strengthen your mind and become resilient. You can do anything for 33 days, why not do something powerful.
