Coach Teo Ledesma grew up in a tough part of Austin that most kids don’t make it out of. Many of his adolescent peers succumbed to violence, gangs and drugs. Through the combination of sports and his parent’s focus on academia Teo took a path that led to law school and ultimately CrossFit Central.

Melissa found and fell in love with CrossFit in 2013 (after never lifting a barbell before!) and decided to get her Level 1 Certification a couple years later. She has a passion for helping people achieve their goals and encourages clients to challenge themselves everyday and we are excited to have her on the CrossFit Central coaching staff!
